These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gulfcoastscoopcrew.com (the "Site") and the pet-waste management services provided by Gulf Coast Scoop Crew ("we," "us," or "our") in Fort Myers, Estero, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. By using the Site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.

Services are currently offered in Fort Myers and Estero, FL, and may expand to additional Southwest Florida areas over time.
Pricing shown on the Site — including residential and commercial starting rates — reflects current offers and is provided for general information only. Final pricing for your property is confirmed through a quote, proposal, or service agreement, and may vary based on property size, station count, service frequency, and other factors. We may change published pricing at any time.
To provide service, we need reasonably safe access to your property. You agree to secure pets during scheduled visits, disclose known hazards (aggressive animals, unstable terrain, irrigation heads, etc.), and keep gates or access points usable as arranged. We may reschedule a visit due to weather, safety concerns, or access issues, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Residential subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select at signup (for example, monthly). Commercial services are billed according to your service agreement or proposal. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of service until your account is current.
Residential customers may cancel weekly service at any time by emailing gulfcoastscoopcrew@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled billing cycle. Commercial service cancellation is governed by the terms of your specific service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, collected waste is deposited into the customer's own outdoor trash receptacle (residential service) or the property's designated onsite receptacle (commercial service). We do not haul waste offsite as part of standard service.
We take reasonable care while on your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, landscaping, irrigation systems, or fencing that were not disclosed to us in advance. We reserve the right to decline or pause service at a property if we reasonably believe conditions are unsafe for our crew.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Coast Scoop Crew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Content on this Site is provided for general information about our services and is not a guarantee of specific results, availability, or scheduling. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
The Gulf Coast Scoop Crew name, logo, and website content are owned by us and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
